What is involved in hosting?
We handle the advertisement, booking, check-in/check-out, cleaning, management and payments for your listings.
What does a 'no lock-in contract' entail?
It means you aren't locked in to your contract with us, and you can cancel our hosting services any time.
When will I get paid?
As soon as we get the payment from Airbnb™, we'll send you your share.
What is 'premium Airbnb™ hosting'?
Essentially, property management for the Airbnb™ world. However, it's more involved, and potentially more profitable. Clients can expect 10-20% more return on their properties than from traditional leasing. It also retains a personal touch not found in traditional leasing.
Do I need to have Airbnb™ setup already?
It makes things move faster, but no, you don't. We can help set you up and get some professional photos of your property.
